Hi I own about 6 different vehicles and I have try many different mechanics here in Merced Some better than others and some very bad. And that have costed me a lot of money to learn that MERCED RADIATOR ARE THE BEST MECHANICS around Merced AND with the best customer service and fair pricing. Had a small crack on a wheel for my Audi and was losing air, dropped it off and a few hours later i got the call it was ready! Very reasonable price, car drives perfect and no more air loss. Love that we got these guys here local

Did a muffler delete and custom tip replacement, the price was right and they did a great job it was super quick too only took them 1.5 hrs so a quick walk to homedepot and back and it was done.

Their prices are reasonable, cheap, and great work and quality material pipes whatever it is everything is good here I am very picky i drove off with a fat smile on my face money in my pocket because they don’t try to nickel and dime you they don’t try to rip you off. Upon arriving the store I talked to Hugo which seems and talks like an expert in his job and that gave me confidence because having a fuel issue in an airplane at 10,000 feet high while flying is not equal as if my radiator leaks on a freeway. No option to pull over and call AAA while flying. Hugo completed the job artfully and even fixed another issue with the tank I wasn’t even aware of for a reasonable price at a reasonable time. I’ll say confidently the best customer service provided and the best job performed at this business. Try them and you won’t regret! Thank you Merced Radiator Shop! Thank you Hugo & Ricardo!

I haven’t had to take a car to anyone but a dealer in the last 8 years, so finding a mechanics team to trust is hard. I appreciate the hard work they do and Pam on using them for future mechanic work on my car.

I went to have my car checked out due to the engine light going on. I was then told to have a seat while my car was put up on the lifter. I was there for about 5 minutes and then told my issue. I had this problem with my car and was pointed up on the wall the part needed. My car never sounded so nice. Even when my husband had it. Also, it took such a short time to fix. I have never seen this type of service with such kindness and satisfactory service. My technician was the best in the west. I recommend them all the time.

Ricardo and team were extremely helpful with my 2019 Titan. The AC wasn’t working so they did a diagnosis and told me what needed to be done. I live out of town so I couldn’t get it done plus a part had to be ordered. However they did take care of other maintenance that needed to be done. I’d recommend them. Great work 👏🏽

Took my gmc in for a glasspack. They let me hear all the different muffler options on the truck before committing to the one i liked the the sound of best. Great service. Great work!!!

I have been here twice now, first time was for my scions muffler delete which they did an amazing job and I couldn’t have been happier! About a year later I now since have taken in my civic due do a clanking which ended up being a piece of gravel stuck in between my router and dust shield, they also replaced my brake pads and resolved several issues in all one day. I didn’t have a ride and had to take an Uber and they were nice enough to wait to close shop for me, so I could pick up my car. Ricardo was super helpful and informative and the technicians did and do an amazing job. I will be returning and definitely recommend to everyone!!

I came here because my sister highly recommended this shop and, if I’m being honest, I have never been so confident leaving a repair shop.. these guys are transparent, quick, efficient and have excellent customer service. They keep you updated through the process, share pictures of the inspection and even show you the old part after replacing it and explain why they replaced it. They even suggested a follow up (that would take only a few minutes) to ensure the leak was fixed. I’ve been doing business with Merced radiator shop for many years now , Ricardo and his team do excellent work and are very honest , very reasonable prices for the specific work you need done , they did major work to my 99 Tahoe a few years back and the truck is still running great to this day , recently I made a visit to have them check out my ac system on my 98 gmc sierra , I was told by another mechanic that I had a Freon leak coming from my evaporator that’s located inside the dash , which I was 100% sure that’s where it was coming from because that’s what I was told. Ricardo wrote me a quote up and we were going to get it done the following day, Ricardo and his team are very honest. He called me right away and told me they noticed leaks coming from elsewhere and maybe that big job was not necessary, he wrote me a new quote for the parts and labor needed for the leaks that they obviously seen, saved me money and time because I would have been back without the problem being solved if they would have done what I asked them from the previous mechanics statements, Ricardo and his team performed the job, and the results were more than great, I am a very satisfied customer and I will be back for a future business, again, if you’re looking for a honest shop with very fair prices no need to look elsewhere This is the shop to do it. Not only did Merced Radiator come in a couple hundred under but a man, Ricardo was so nice to me explaining everything. He found a few other things that needed to be fixed and gave me a quote with no pressure. Will be back

Should’ve just waited to do it right my car was raddlin cause the pipe was hitting the cam I took it to Hugo he fixed the problem everything was mest up and cut out all there work amd start over so don’t try be cheap come here to be satisfied Iam happy for what he did for me my exhaust sounds good and my tips in the back are even !!!!!!! Fast and friendly service

Awesome location. The staff is very friendly and will explain charges, services, etc to you in a way that does not seem degrading. The prices are very reasonable. The only time I had a problem there was the fault of the part manufacturer. They did not stop to question or doubt me. Just fixed the issue, apologized for the manufacturer and got me on my way as quickly as possible. I would give more than 5 stars if I had the option.
